Description

Deliciously creamy mini cheesecakes with a refreshing orange flavor, reminiscent of a classic creamsicle.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 package mini graham cracker crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into the mini graham cracker crusts.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger orange flavor, increase the orange zest.
  • These can be made a day in advance for convenience.
  • Top with additional whipped cream and orange slices for garnish.
