- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup honey
- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Stir in the honey and heavy cream, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
