- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (12 oz) container whipped topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice and lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
- Pour the lemon filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional lemon zest if desired.
Notes
- For a more intense lemon flavor, add more lemon zest.
- This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
