Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional for coating)

Instructions

  1. Combine mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, fresh herbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix on medium speed for approximately 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mold the mixture into a ball using your hands, keeping it compact yet airy.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in your chopped nuts if desired.
  5. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve it on a beautiful platter with your favorite crackers or fresh vegetables.
