- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional for coating)
Instructions
- Combine mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, fresh herbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix on medium speed for approximately 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Mold the mixture into a ball using your hands, keeping it compact yet airy.
- Roll the cheese ball in your chopped nuts if desired.
- Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve it on a beautiful platter with your favorite crackers or fresh vegetables.
