  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips for topping
  • Green mint extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter in a large bowl and mix in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Stir the dry mixture into the wet ingredients gradually.
  6. Fold in the mint chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
