Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a large bowl and mix in the sugar until well combined.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Stir the dry mixture into the wet ingredients gradually.
- Fold in the mint chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Melt the chocolate chips for topping, then drizzle over the brownies.
