- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the meat mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- These muffins can be frozen for later use.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the mixture.
