Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the meat mixture.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
