Description

Mini English Muffin Pizzas are a quick and delicious treat perfect for weeknight dinners or snacks. They are easy to make and customizable with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins, split in half
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each muffin half.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the pizzas.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
