- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 Biscoff cookies, crushed
- 6 mini graham cracker crusts
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, Biscoff spread, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture until fully incorporated.
- Place crushed Biscoff cookies at the bottom of each mini graham cracker crust.
- Fill each crust with the Biscoff cheesecake mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger Biscoff flavor, add more Biscoff spread.
- These cheesecakes can be topped with additional crushed Biscoff cookies or drizzled with Biscoff spread before serving.
