  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (for streusel)
  • 1/4 cup additional brown sugar (for streusel)
  • 1/4 cup flour (for streusel)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (for streusel)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, maple syrup, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in the chopped pecans.
