- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh mango, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt in a large mixing bowl until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Combine the diced mango, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Spread the mango mixture evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the mango filling.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
