- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and gochujang to create the marinade.
- Add diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- In another pan, sauté the mixed vegetables until tender.
- Serve the cooked chicken over a bed of rice, topped with sautéed vegetables.
- Drizzle with gochujang cream sauce and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
