  • Onion: 1 medium onion, diced
  • Cheese: 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Heavy Cream: 1 cup
  • Chicken Broth: 1 cup
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Seasonings: 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
