Description

A delicious and creamy keto-friendly dish featuring broccoli and cauliflower baked with sausage and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli and cauliflower for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked sausage, broccoli, and cauliflower to the cream mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, use spicy sausage.
  • Feel free to add other low-carb vegetables.
