  • For Assembly:
    • 46 clear jars or cups
    • Gummy bunny candies for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water to the jello mixture and stir well. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. In each jar, pour a layer of the jello mixture, filling it about one-third full. Allow it to set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. Once the jello layer is set, spoon the creamy layer on top, filling the jar to about two-thirds full.
  7. Top with another layer of jello and refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes to set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with gummy bunny candies on top for a festive touch.
