Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the cake batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  6. Pour the remaining cake batter over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Sprinkle the sour cream and chocolate chips on top.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
