- ½ cup honey

- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with chopped walnuts and set aside.
- Layer 6 sheets of phyllo dough in a greased 9-inch springform pan, brushing each layer with melted butter.
- Sprinkle a layer of the walnut mixture over the phyllo, then add 2 more sheets of phyllo, repeating until all the mixture is used.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and honey until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the phyllo crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Before serving, mix chopped walnuts, honey, and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle over the cheesecake.
