Ingredients
- Brussels Sprouts: 1 pound, trimmed and halved
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Sriracha: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, mix honey and Sriracha in a small bowl until well combined.
- Once the Brussels sprouts are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the honey Sriracha mixture over them, tossing to coat.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
