Instructions
- Combine the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and grated ginger in a bowl; whisk until well blended.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat; add a drizzle of oil and place the chicken into the pan, cooking for about 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, reduce heat, and let it simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
- Serve hot with remaining sauce drizzled over and pair with rice or vegetables.
