Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch until well combined.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
  4. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli in a separate pot for about 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the steamed broccoli and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the honey garlic chicken over a bed of steamed broccoli, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
