- 1 cup cucumber, julienned

- For the Honey Chili Glaze:
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, chili flakes, and sesame oil. Heat over low heat until well mixed, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- Prepare a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10-15 seconds until soft.
- Place the softened wrapper on a clean surface. In the center, layer a few strips of halloumi, shredded carrots, cucumber, mint, and cilantro.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil. Place the spring rolls seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drizzle the honey chili glaze over the cooked spring rolls before serving.
