Ingredients

  • Chicken: 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • Rice: 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • Vegetables: 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • Soup Base: 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • Broth: 1 cup chicken broth
  • Seasonings: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
  • Topping: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
