Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Create the sauce by whisking together the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the diced ham and half of the shredded cheese into the sauce, adding salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble the dish by spreading the frozen tater tots in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Pour the ham mixture over the tater tots, ensuring they’re all covered.
  6. Add the remaining cheese over the top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  8. Serve with optional chopped green onions.
