- 1/4 teaspoon green food coloring
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1/4 cup red and green sprinkles
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat. Stir continuously until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract and green food coloring until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed peppermint candies, reserving a tablespoon for topping.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the reserved crushed peppermint candies and red and green sprinkles on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
