- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
- In the meantime, grill the peach slices for about 2 minutes on each side until they are tender and have grill marks.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the grilled flatbread.
- Top with the grilled peach slices.
- Drizzle honey over the top and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve warm.
