Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
  4. In the meantime, grill the peach slices for about 2 minutes on each side until they are tender and have grill marks.
  5. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the grilled flatbread.
  6. Top with the grilled peach slices.
  7. Drizzle honey over the top and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
