Delicious grilled chicken and vegetable kabobs, perfect for a summer barbecue.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cubed chicken and vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the chicken and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between them.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Feel free to use any vegetables you like, such as cherry tomatoes or mushrooms.
- Marinate the chicken for a few hours for extra flavor.
