Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the juices run clear.
- While the chicken is grilling, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the broccoli to the grill during the last 5 minutes of cooking, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper to create the creamy garlic sauce.
- Once the chicken and broccoli are done, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced chicken over a bed of broccoli, drizzled with the creamy garlic sauce.
