    • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the juices run clear.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the broccoli to the grill during the last 5 minutes of cooking, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper to create the creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Once the chicken and broccoli are done, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve the sliced chicken over a bed of broccoli, drizzled with the creamy garlic sauce.
