Instructions

  6. Cut into squares and place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
  7. Fold the corners over the filling and pinch to seal.
  8. Place pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with extra pistachios.
