- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
