    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • For the Broccoli:
    • 1 lb fresh broccoli florets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and coat them with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In another bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread the broccoli around the chicken on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
