Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Remove from heat and mix in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped herbs to the beef mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
