- 1/4 cup dried berries (goji berries, cranberries)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Stir in the almond butter until well combined.
- Add the matcha powder and lion’s mane mushroom powder, mixing thoroughly.
- Fold in the chia seeds, mixed nuts, and dried berries.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
