Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  2. Stir in the almond butter until well combined.
  3. Add the matcha powder and lion’s mane mushroom powder, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Fold in the chia seeds, mixed nuts, and dried berries.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
  8. Break into pieces and enjoy!
