  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Take a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it, and place a teaspoon of fudge sauce in the center. Enclose the fudge with the dough and roll into a ball.
  8. Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  10. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
