Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle mixed berries and chopped nuts over the yogurt layer.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
