- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs and return to the oven until melted.
- Serve warm with additional French onion soup if desired.
