Description

French Onion Chicken Meatballs are a savory and flavorful dish that combines the classic taste of French onion soup with tender chicken meatballs, perfect for a comforting dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs and return to the oven until melted.
  7. Serve warm with additional French onion soup if desired.
