- Chicken Marinade:

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Avocado Salsa:
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the avocado salsa by combining diced avocados, tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Gently mix to combine.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced chicken topped with the avocado salsa.
