  • Vegetables:

    • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)
    • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned, drained)
  • Cheese: 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sauce:
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup salsa
  • Tortilla Chips: 2 cups crushed tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, corn, black beans, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips on the bottom.
