Ingredients

- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Wash and chop the chili peppers, removing seeds for less heat if desired.
- In a blender, combine the chopped chili peppers, vinegar, garlic, salt, and sugar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Let the sauce cool before transferring it to a bottle.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.

- For a smokier flavor, consider adding smoked paprika.
