 - 1/2 cup water
 - 1/2 cup fermented kimchi, chopped
 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
 - 1 large egg
 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
 - Oil for frying
 
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, and egg to create a batter.
 - Add the chopped kimchi, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the batter and mix well.
 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
 - Pour small amounts of the batter into the skillet to form bite-sized pancakes.
 - Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
 - Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
 - Serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.
