A delicious and healthy Fall Fruit Parfait layered with seasonal fruits and creamy cinnamon yogurt.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of mixed seasonal fruits (apples, pears, and pomegranates)
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Granola for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the mixed seasonal fruits at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the cinnamon yogurt on top of the fruits.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
- Top with granola for added crunch.
