- 1 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a few slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
