Easy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are delicious, bite-sized snacks filled with pepperoni and cheese, perfect for parties or a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup of pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. Place a few slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  5. Place the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
