Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

- In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly.
- In serving cups, layer the graham cracker mixture, followed by the cheesecake mixture, and then the diced peaches.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of peaches on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
