- 4 cod fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Place the cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated cod on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
