Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  2. Place the cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated cod on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
