  • 8 small corn tortillas

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
