- For the Cake:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- For the Coffee Swirl:
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the sour cream, starting and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts for the swirl.
- Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared Bundt pan, then sprinkle half of the coffee swirl mixture over it. Pour the remaining batter on top and finish with the remaining swirl mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
