Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for another minute.
  5. Add broccoli florets and a splash of water, cover, and steam for 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
