A delightful pasta salad inspired by the classic Dirty Martini, featuring creamy mayonnaise, briny olives, and vibrant flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup olives (green or black, sliced)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup olive brine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or basil, chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside to cool.
  2. Prepare the dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, olive brine, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Combine ingredients: Add the cooled pasta and sliced olives to the dressing. Fold the mixture until every piece of pasta is coated.
  4. Taste test: Adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Just before serving, garnish the salad with fresh herbs.

Notes
