Ingredients

- 1/4 cup of caviar pearls (sugar or fruit-based)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then pour into small molds.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, carefully remove from molds and top with fruit puree and caviar pearls.
- Garnish with edible gold leaf before serving.
