Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of caviar pearls (sugar or fruit-based)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then pour into small molds.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Once set, carefully remove from molds and top with fruit puree and caviar pearls.
  7. Garnish with edible gold leaf before serving.
