Ingredients

- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, halved
- 1 cup red onion, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced vegetables to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Let the vegetables marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated vegetables on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm.
