- 1 package (about 20 oz) cheese tortellini
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cups provolone cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your slow cooker: Start by placing the thinly sliced beef at the bottom of the slow cooker; layer the sliced bell peppers and onions over the beef.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently to ensure all ingredients are coated.
- Set to low and cover, allowing to cook for about 6-8 hours.
- Introduce the tortellini and provolone about 30 minutes before serving; gently mix.
- Final cook: Cover and let the mixture cook until the tortellini is heated through.
- Season and serve warm.
