- Filling:
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Phyllo Dough:
- 1 package (16 oz) phyllo dough, thawed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Hot Honey Drizzle:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, spinach, ricotta, dill, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush with melted butter. Layer another sheet on top and brush again.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the filling at one end of the phyllo sheet and roll tightly into a cigar shape, tucking in the ends.
- Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets and filling.
- Place the cigars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with more melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- While baking, heat honey in a small saucepan over low heat and stir in red pepper flakes. Remove from heat.
- Once the cigars are done, drizzle with hot honey before serving.

- Make-ahead: You can prepare the filling and roll the cigars a day in advance. Store them in the refrigerator before baking.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
